All this Hannibal and Will as a parent talk has me wondering what kind of parents you think Will and Hannibal would be if they both could somehow have a biological child/biological children together - whether Omegaverse, mpreg, one of them being trans, through magic... Would you think that would change things, or would they still essentially be the same kinds of parents?
Such an interesting idea! I think it would change for sure! Will and Hannibal would have those issues because they see too much of themselves in their children but if they could have a kid together, that could change since that child would be a manifestation of their connection to one another. I believe that kid would be treated as a diamond. Nobody touch that precious little thing. I think they would triangulate the relationship and use the kid as a sympathetic pawn, but in a good way, as if no matter what happens between them, the kid would be a little piece that could never be tainted, holding their love together. Problematic still, I mean they are psychos hahaha, but yes, I think it would be different. What do you guys think?
why do you think the fandom has the dad kink with hanni and will?
Haha, because Will is this dangerous character that looks like he has a soft spot but no one gets it except for the dogs, so the fans self insert into the show as (usually) a daughter, because of the societal idea that a father is more tender towards a girl, and they want to feel like they are the “only special one”, who gets the vulnerable and caring side of the grumpy and dark guy who seemingly dislikes everyone, but them.
Most likely individuals who have a hard time feeling loved and important. They probably have felt irrelevant most of their lives so they crave to feel like the most beloved and cherish, specially if it’s by someone who isn’t easy to impress. And Hannibal because it’s very comforting to know that he monster loves you. This means you have almost nothing to fear, specially if it’s a daughter he raised, as Hannibal wouldn’t have killed her as he did Abigail (he did not know her for a long time and did not develop a deeper attachment than he would if he had raised her).
Then others see Will as vulnerable in season one and want to nourish him but they are younger so they don’t want to self insert as a mother, and they are attracted to him but either have sexual trauma (so a daughter is the safe option because it allows physical intimacy but without it being sexually invasive) or don’t see themselves getting in between Hannigram so the daughter role is the one they choose.
And if you do kink them as daddies, and want to share why (in anon if you prefer), that would be very interesting to discuss and for us as a community who likes the show and psychoanalysis to have some unserious fun about serious topics :).
Amara would hug her fathers randomly during the day by surprise when she was a young kid, and so Mia with Will, change my mind
I will not change your mind because you are correct hahaha!
Amara Lecter-Graham would come barreling toward Will, colliding into him with all the force of a child who doesn’t yet understand restraint. He’d let out a startled laugh, catching her little head with his hands, wincing playfully as he murmured, “Ouch.” Then, with a gentle touch, he’d push her away, tapping her lightly as if sending her off like a wind-up toy, watching as she took off running in the opposite direction.
Lecter-Graham Will, accustomed to his own melancholic disposition, never quite knows how to handle Amara’s relentless sunshine energy. He’s awkward with it, hesitant in the face of such unfiltered joy. Hannibal, in contrast, takes to it differently, at first just as uncertain, but quickly adjusting in his own peculiar way. He’d scoop her up onto his shoulders, lifting her as though she were weightless, playfully twisting and maneuvering her as if she were made of clay. Amara, delirious with laughter, would cling to him, shrieking in delight as he spun her around.
This is what Will prefers. To watch them together. To stand at a slight distance, observing. His lips would curve into a quiet smile, something indulgent, something warm. And it would make him unbearably, inexplicably aroused. Hannibal, so controlled, so deliberate, displaying something so contrasting, so playful, was intoxicating. The sharp edge of his usual presence softened into something intimate, something Will found devastatingly attractive.
Mia Graham, on the other hand, would never run up and throw herself into Will’s arms. Not Just-Graham Will. Not Before-Hannibal Will. Instead, she would approach gently, silently, stepping behind him and wrapping her arms around his waist, pressing her face against his back as she shut her eyes. He would pause, feeling her presence before responding, placing his hands over hers, grounding her there without breaking the moment. Sometimes, though, he’d shift, turning to pull her into him, smothering her with a flurry of tiny kisses until she was gasping, laughing, shouting between breathless giggles, pretending she was suffocating beneath his affection.
Can we know more about Amara's and Mia's apparence? really curious to know😆
I kind of imagine Mia having her father's curls for some reasons😅

Will had tried so hard not to have a son, to not have to stare into a mirror and see himself staring back. But Mia, is him but a girl.
Who has his face softened, refined, twisted into something impossible to look away from. The big blue eyes, the thick lashes that cast shadows. Rosy cheeks that bloom too easily, cherry lips that glisten wet. Plump. She is always plump. Soft, thick thighs, a body that welcomes the world instead of shielding itself from it. She does not harden herself, she cultivates her flesh, keeps it lush, keeps it something to be touched.
Her nails are always long, red or black, curling delicately when she gestures. Her hair, thick and dark, moves like silk in water, gleaming under light as if it has been spun from something richer than keratin. She smells too much, sickly sweet, sugared rot, something that burns in the back of the throat. Incense, old wood, something acrid beneath it all.
She looks like dessert filled with poison.
Amara is a thing sculpted rather than born, a composition rather than a coincidence. Where others stumble into beauty, she wears it like a garment tailored to her form. She moves with intention, with grace. When she enters a room, heads turn without command, breath catches without permission. She does not demand attention, she simply exists, and the world bows accordingly.
She is delicate but not fragile, tall but slight, something elongated and refined. Her hair, pale as light itself, spills down her back like silk thread, each strand impossibly smooth. Her eyes honeyed, are set beneath perfectly carved brows, her cheekbones high, hollowed, pronounced. There is an elegance in her structure, an artistry in her form. A porcelain doll, but alive.
She is Hannibal’s perfect creation.
And she knows it.
