What are you going to do, put Rizzo in drag & have him play Ianthe? Casting Janice as literally any of them would be an insult. Camilla the Chicken doesn’t have the range.

Miss Piggy is Cytherea obviously. Sam the Eagle is Camilla. Maybe Janice could be Coronabeth. Statler and Waldorf are Jod and Augustine?
