I dreamt that Gideon and Palamedes were on some BoE planet but there was a Nine House’s museum there. Gideon was all “I HAVE to see what they say about the Ninth”
The section for the Ninth was crammed into the smallest, shittiest corner of the museum, but the good news is it was basically papered with recountings of how much Harrow loved her, and how devastated Harrow was when she remembered about Gideon’s death, and how much she wanted her back
And Gideon was like “YO I GOTTA GET BACK LET’S GOOOOOOOOO”
So she and Palamedes were looking for a way off planet but the usual interplanetary travel method was out of service so they had to buy space bus passes. But the kiosk made Gideon create an account before she could use it and she was fucking FURIOUS and was like “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM???” and Palamedes was all “I don’t think that’ll impress anybody here, fam, just put me down as your reference” and Gideon said “okay what’s your zip code” and Palamedes said “my WHAT
