Alright I had no intention of reading Gideon the Ninth for a few reasons, but I checked out that fic you recced and it’s amazing and now idk what to do

Well yknow I’m utterly obsessed with the books and with Gideon as a character specifically, they’re both weird and funny and sad and gay in exactly the right ways for me, but also the books have loads of triggering or just unpleasant material and especially the second book can be extremely boring and upsetting for long stretches, so they’re certainly not for everyone. That fic is perfect and I would recommend it for everyone tho lol! (Behind the Locked Door by UnseelieWench go read it rn) But also if you wanna tell me more about your preferences I might be able to more accurately predict if this is a book for you
