kind of obsessed with the idea of Gideon getting into cooking, like discovering that delicious food can be hers anytime if she masters this skill and also because she knows Harrow doesn’t really eat and that upsets her because a) food is wonderful and b) Harrow needs to be taken care of so Gideon makes it her mission to learn to cook as many things as possible in the hopes of finding something Harrow will reliably eat, like I just picture this endless procession of Gideon putting omelets and mashed potatoes and roast beef and coq au vin and paella in front of Harrow like “how about this do you like this??” and it becomes her love language to grill Harrow a cheese
