I’m currently re-reading Gideon the Ninth and cultivating a newfound appreciation for how simply fucking disgusting Harrowhark is. Like she’s constantly covered in dust, sweat, scabs and sores, half-dried crumbling face paint that might or might not be flaked with her own blood, blood which also drips out of her pores and crusts around her nose. Absolutely revolting. I love her so much
