I’m on the ‘Harrow did it’ side of the fence (hah) but I’m pretty sure the three holes thing is from this bit in NTN where Palamedes undoes Kiriona’s shirt and scarf to reveal the chest and neck wounds, and says that there’s “another wound lower down”, one that we presumably cannot see.
