implies the continued cultural relevance of italy in the nine houses
jod is the only person who remembers pre-resurrection. meaning that we have two possibilities:
1. god in the kitchen attempting to make pizza for the og canaanites (entirely plausible)
2. god frantically trying to explain pizza to whoever was cooking that day (also entirely plausible) (or ig a recipe book might have survived?)
i wonder which lyctor introduced pizza to their house.
and gideon must have read about it, because there’s no way the “snow leeks and gruel” planet is serving up margheritas for lunch. i doubt gideon even saw a tomato before canaan house. she presumably read the phrase “pizza face” specifically.
