Wait, did I ever tell you guys about the time I was at a conference for booksellers, and someone randomly hopped into my and my friend’s conversation about TLT, and I was like “yesss, more friends” and then I look at eir ID tag and it was Maia Kobabe, author of the graphic novel “Gender Queer.”
It was a fairly brief interaction, but it still feels like a fever dream.
