Not yet, I’m sorry to say. Uploading video versions of flash content to YouTube has been full of unexpected challenges and delays for the team, but we promise we’ll catch up eventually.
We had not previously considered AO3, but we are now adding it to our To Do list. It won’t go up there immediately, but it’s a thing that will likely happen :o)

We stealthily updated our YouTube channel with all of Act 8′s flash content to date a few days ago, for those interested :o)
We’re not so much purposefully on hiatus as in a perpetual state of having content very-nearly-ready to go, and life keeps throwing roadblocks in our path.
Also, we may have… overscheduled things this month… a bit…

Act 8 has updated with Act 3: Panels 11-27
Act 8 is a project by fans, for fans, to produce a (largely) canon-compliant fanwork that expands on the Homestuck ending. It’s a celebration of our fandom’s ingenuity, an ACT of love towards Homestuck as a story and a larger phenomenon. It’s also just for the fun of it.

But psithurist, @reasonpeason and @gamzee contributed music and art to the Beforus album respectively, and @gamzee did a frame for [s]uburbs.
@austinado is half of the team behind the fanventure Vast Error.
There’s also @salihombox‘s aquariumstuck, and @purplecalamity has some stuff on the Homestuck Fan Forge.
I’m sure I’m missing things here, so I’d love for team members to comment on this post with their cool projects :oD

Hi Anon! I’m not really sure that Act 8 has guest artwork. If you contribute art to the project proper, that makes you a member of Team 8. (”One of us, one of us–”)
And then we also have fans who make artwork based on Act 8, unprompted (and if we’re lucky they share it with us!) Which is basically the coolest thing? Ever? Sometimes team members also do fanart, which is seriously above and beyond the call of duty.
If you’re asking how to contribute art to Act 8, then the best way is to fill out our Google Submission Form, and to keep an eye on the forum. Note that we prefer for only people 18 and over to fill out the submission form, as we are not comfortable collecting personal contact information from minors. The forum is open to all ages, though!
As far as how we find artists to bring onto the team: If an ideal candidate doesn’t immediately occur to us, we start by checking the submission form for people who 1.) Are interested in doing the kind of work we need done, 2.) Have up to date contact information, 3.) Have examples of similar work that are easy to find with the information they’ve given us, and 4.) Have the free time and interest at that particular moment.

The next upd8 is a little bit up in the air at the moment, but will probably land on the 31st, if not before then.
Hi there! We just make a preview image from a section of one of the upd8 panels. Since Homestuck panels are pretty small, you’ll have to enlarge whatever selection you make. Tumblr displays images at a width of 540 pixels, so may as well make it 540 pixels wide, and our previews are 300 pixels tall, although you could choose to make yours a different height if you wanted.
Then you make a Photo post, and once you add the preview image, you can hover over it to show the add link option in the bottom left corner of the image. Click that to turn the image into a link to the first page of your upd8.

We do have .psd versions available of each panel, so if anybody has any requests for sprite assets they’d like extracted and posted, we’d be happy to provide them. In fact, there’s a brand new thread for these requests on the forum :o)
