Status Upd8 Saturday: 4/30

Here’s what the Act 8 team has been up to since last Saturday:

• The Prologue is (essentially) finished!
  
• Act 8 Act 1’s visual materials are being worked on.
• Finished line art for all of Act 1′s panels.
• There is now a Sneak Peak thread on the forum. It’s a tiny bit spoilery, but not much, so you may want to check it out!
• Forum maintenance. Some things have moved, and lots of useful new threads have been started.
• Guides/Tutorials/Examples posted to the forum for artists, to help smooth workflow for the next batch of panels.
• Approached Lorien about being our future webmaster, though Act 8 is planned to launch initially on MSPAfanventures.

Shout-out to the amazing and talented @salihombox, who did all of the Act 1 panel line art, which we’re all tremendously excited about! Also to @lorienleylines​, our future webmaster who has already been a valuable source of advice. And last but not least, to team leader @gamzee for continuing to work so hard on making this project a reality.

So far we are exactly on schedule to begin posting Act 8 material in May. Tune in next Saturday for more news, and in the meantime feel free to join us on the Act8Offical forum for access to sneak previews and development plans.
