i have heard rumors of homestuck not actually being over, with the 413 author's note being deleted, along with other update mentions of homestuck being over... what if... act 8 becomes an official thing? will you continue?

Without offering any comment on the rumors, It really depends on what my team wants to do in that hypothetical situation. I would be happy to continue making the fanwork with them in light of resumed canon. I would be less happy to step on toes.

Either way, I don’t think it’s a decision that comes down to me. I’m little more than a bottleneck for things to pass through, most of those things being the feelings that got left in the fandom after act 7. I know my place in all this. I have gotten this far by not fighting the tides, and that is the truth. My best hopes are that act 8 is something that fills a niche in the homestuck readership timeline and beyond my best efforts to make it good times for folk, all I can do is cross my fingers.
