I read the latest update and my heart is officially broken (thank you for that) but when I click on the arrow on page 144 it takes me to page 28. Is it supposed to be like that? Or is it just broken?

Yes, it’s supposed to be like that. Eventually the arrow under 28 will lead to act 3, and act 2 will be navigated exclusively via the photographs.
