idk if you can call Damara a failed hero of Time just because she supported Lord English... there is a mountain of evidence she god tiered, for one, and she chose to destroy the Beforan session of her own volition, so her success in that regard is arguably evidence of her strength as a player rather than her weakness. She also managed to break out of the constraints of Hussie's openbound game where none of the other dancestors were able to, something that fits with her Witch of Time title

I call Damara a failed hero because she’s fucking miserable and nothing has ever worked out in her life. The only person she can hold a meaningful conversation with is Rufioh, and he gets weirded out by everything she says, plus I’m getting some vibes she’s still not really over him, so that adds to it.

Sure, she’s powerful. But her power mostly helps her serve English’s goals, she’s not able to actually use it to find happiness. She’s just sitting around waiting to double-die.

Also, since you mentioned god tiers, I want to note, as @revolutionaryduelist often enthusiastically does, that the only Damara to ever be shown actually wearing godrobes actively fights English (so, probably a splinter who’s led an entirely different existence).
