introducing my Tavros <3 He has prosthetic limbs but they feel weird so most of the time he goes without. He’s a second year veterinary science major at NYU, and met Gamzee on the streets while the latter was busking. He stopped to listen for a few minutes, and talked for a while afterwards upon which they hit it off immediately. It’s difficult getting up to Gamzee and Karkat’s apartment so Gamz visits him in his dorms most of the time.

Tavros was sorted into her group for freshmen orientation (she’s a year older than him) and it was love (?) at first sight! Since then she has been following him around campus and despite appearances, she does help him out a lot, because being in a wheelchair in a big city is tough! She is also the RA of his floor at the dorms (they both live in Carlyle Court).
She tries to get Tav into fraternities to liven his social life up but he really just uh, does not want to }:(
She hasn’t confessed to him yet but hopes it will be soon! And of course he will like her back! He has to, she’ll make suuuuuuuure of it!!!!!!!! >::::)
Although, that weird, tall juggalo-looking guy Tavros is starting to hang around with has kind of been worrying her recently…

He is the oldest out of all of them at 26. A genius programmer, basically does what Karkat wishes he could do. Works freelance for a major tech company in Manhattan, technically a 9-to-5 but he can pick and choose his hours occasionally. Very, very well off, lives in his own apartment in the city. He likes playing MMOs with Karkat and kicking his ass. The two haven’t met yet but KK hates him with a blinding passion!!!

Here is the basic rehash, mostly copied from my old intro:
Karkat is a college dropout wannabe hacker, working part-time from home as a tech support for a small networking company. He almost always ends up yelling at the customer, so he is on the verge of being fired all the time. Largely a nocturnal creature who fucks around on the internet and Xbox until the early morning, then he crashes to sleep… then has to wake up shortly after to “work,” hence the constant bags around his eyes.
He wears mostly anything he finds around the house, most of them end up being Gamzee’s old clothing that he doesn’t fit anymore– and are largely oversized and baggy on Karkat. His jeans are always ragged and frayed at the hems because they’re too long for him.

Nepeta works at the animal shelter a few blocks down from Gamzee and Karkat’s apartment. She fosters a ton of kitties that couldn’t find homes, so the apartment she shares with Equius is always overrun with stray cats! She thinks she has five right now, she can’t be too sure!
She sees a really cute boy every afternoon, when he comes for coffee at the cafe next door. She really, really likes him! He always looks like he needs sleep though, she wishes she could put him in a big furpile of kitties! Then she thinks he could get to sleep very easily :33

Kanaya is a 3rd year Fashion Design major at FIT. She models on the side, because it allows her access to high end clothing she otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford on steady basis. She lives in Astoria with two roommates, both of which are fellow FIT students.
She makes it a point to visit the Starbucks across from FIT every Wednesday at 2pm, if only to see the sweet blonde girl that always sits by the window.
