Lanque Bombyx: A Tale of Two Parties
“Of Endings, Many” is a fitting doozy for the conclusion of Hiveswap Friendsim. It’s wild, creepy, and problematic, in every sense of all those words. As a game, the structures of both its routes subvert the Friendsim gameplay formula, leaving you struggling to find your way regardless of who you pursue.
Lanque’s route gave me some strong feelings. I wanted to address them, and in doing so I got to some conclusions about Hiveswap and symbolism.
