There's lots of coffee shops and homeless folk. Also there's a lot of traffic. There's also bikes that you can rent (cheap 1$) and then leave around the city when you're done with them! Most people tend to stick to themselves. Seattle has its own superhero too! He's an (ex I think) mma fighter that goes around citizen arresting car burglars and stuff. Most people are rlly laid back since most of Washington is like that, also kirk cobain was born in Washington!
