on how do terezi and gamzee have names: don't forget the trolls were chosen by the lusii. when terez and gamzee were chosen [somehow], their lusii gave them names. It's been shown that terezi's lusii can talk to her dreamself and can control her, so maybe it has other communication powers that let it name her. Gamzee's probably named him and left.

It’s a reference to Problem Sleuth, in which similar beasts were summoned when standing on the end of an unpowered window (which, like Roxy’s, were portals that transcended across great distances and maybe even completely different realms)

Nope. It is because the eyes and hair are saturated with a common ingredient called melanin.
Trolls' physiology is saturated with a similar ingredient, specific to their position on the hemospectrum. It heavily colors their blood, and tints their tears.

Well when Homestuckfandumb was still around, they wanted to see a “Forgotten homestuck fact blog” And I looked one up for them, and I found one, but it wasn’t very active. And they said they would delete the blog.
So then I came around and made this.

I wanted to submit something about how Jade sleepwalks and that's why Grandpa Harley made Jadebot (and also how Jade found the final frog for making The Speaker of the Vast Croak or whatever, I also think that Jadebot's fuel cell had something to do with the frog but i don't remember) but I can't find any of the panels/updates where that was evident...Ah well.

Hey I saw that ask so I went and hunted down the links! This page and the next two are when Jade talks about how she sleptwalk on Earth and Prospit, and that’s how she found the final frog, and then a couple pages later says this is why the dreambot was made for her!
