I pretty much skipped the entire felt mob/midnight crew section because I found it really uninteresting but it turns out its actually super important for a lot of things. I tried to actually read it but its still incredibly boring to me, what are the most important things I missed out on knowing?

It mentions Lord English, It introduces Spades Slick and Snowman who both end up being pretty important, it explains what all the felts’ abilities are I’m not going to explain them here for the sake of convenience but you can read about them on the felt wiki page, and it gives us a taste of time-shenanigans which will become so widespread and confusing later on.

why was davesprite killed in the retcon timeline? john/roxy were killed to allow a void for preretcon john and roxy to fill... does this suggest to davesprites survival on one of the planets?

Jane can only bring back someone once, whether this limit applies to other life players or if other life classes can even revive people is unknown.

They were Just because they were doing bad things and if they were to come back to life they would continue to do bad things.

During [s] Cascade, we see Bec Noir disappearify himself from where the exiles were staying and then he shows up in the trolls session to sabotage their game, is that how it works? Can he disappearify into another universe? Also, why did the exiles need to blow up the pods?

That was a special disapperaifier as it had the the different universe switches.

And they didn’t need to blow them up AR was just doing to so that no one could spy on the kids any more.

If there’s two jujus at the same time one is either an illusion or an error that will be erased eventually and Jack English took Lil’ Cal’s eyes out so there we go, only one Cal left.

If the players weren’t born through ectobiology then they probably won’t have an option to do the scratch.

It’s more likely that Lil Seb could be saying don’t fight him or you’re not gonna kick his ass or he was saying no because Caliborn hadn’t done the things John was accusing him of yet.

But knowing this story and all the foreshadowing it’s entirely possibly that Caliborn will end up not being Lord English through some turn of events.

Are the alpha kids birthdays the same as the beta guardians? i.e: Bro's birthday and Dirk's being the same? Or Jane and Nanna's, etc? Sorry, I'm confused about this. (The date, not the year of course)

The Alpha kids’s birthdays are the same as their Beta kid counterparts.

Dirk’s is the same as Dave’s

Jane’s is the same as John’s and so forth.

Okay another question. Can you give a timeline of Jade's grandfather? I get he was an adventurer, but this is just ridiculous.

Okay, so he landed and grew up with Nanna and eventually left home and became an adventurer.  When “Betty Crocker” left she left the company to him so he became rich.  In the future he finds the island and the tech there which would allow for Sburb to be created.  He uses the teleporters there to go to the medium but since the incipishere doesn’t actually exist until the game is started he is moved to the future.  There he saves John, eventually picks up Dad Egbert and Mom Lalonde on his battleship and brought them to some ruins on Skaia and picked up Jade’s dead dreamself body.  He then goes back to Earth, stuffs Jade’s body and puts it in the attic.  Eventually he leaves to go get the infant Jade and bring her back to the island.  Baby Jade was playing with a pistol and accidentally fired it.  Tavros, assuming Grandpa was a strange lusus that was going to hurt Jade made Bec teleport the bullet so that it hit Grandpa and he died. Jade stuffed him and years later he was going to be prototyped into Jade’s sprite but Bec teleported his remains to outer space.

How long did the beta trolls session last?

what is the best thing to say to somebody to try and get them into homestuck?

That was Jade’s dreamself, she comes back as Jadesprite when Jade prototypes her stuffed dreamself. Her planet is created in [S] Jade: Enter

What are all the horn types out there

There are infinity horn types out there, there are literally so many it would take way too long for me to even find them all.

I think the ask about the sprites not having noses, I think the asker meant that when characters are drawn in their sprite form (as opposed to in Hero Mode, Hussnasty Mode, or by the Art team [which by the way the screenshot you replied with was]) they don't have noses or arms.

I know, I realized that as soon as I answered it.  Hussie draws the sprites in an as minimalist style as possible to allow the reader to interpret how the character actually looks.   

couldn't Dirk just get better control of his powers and put souls back into bodies? I mean, if he can tear them out... As long as there was a body, forever revivable. Aranea could heal the dead, and dirk could replace the souls.

Princes destroy their aspects.  Maybe a Maid or Sylph of Heart could do what you’re describing but definitely not Dirk.

Is it possible that with the retcon timeline, since Vriska never died, then Tavrisprite would just be Tavrosprite and Jane would have her own sprite to guide her on her planet (maybe)?

But are the beta guardians birthdays included in the mix? Someone was telling me yesterday that Dave's Bro's is the same as Dirk's. Is that true? Sorry, I don't mean to be annoying and repetitive. I thought they would've mentioned it in the comic if they all had the same birthday as their guardian, lol.

A reminder to all people ever that Troll infants are wigglers, and never referred to as grubs. Grubs are seen on the floor of Sollux's hive being used for computer things. They look kind of similar to wigglers, but without any Trollish parts.

Considering the fact that during Jack Noir’s assassination attempts on the Prospit dreamers, Jake’s dreamself was poisoned with peanuts but Jane’s dreamself was stabbed, probably not.

He probably did it to help Alpha!Dave.   No, he can’t take people to other timelines.

If Dave hadn’t jumped into the sprite he would have died and Alpha Dave would have been stuck with Calsprite.

They can’t.  Prospit is always destined to lose the war.
