What is the goal everyone is trying to reach in the game? I see all these events happening, but I don't see what they're trying to get. Are they trying to reach skaia?
The kids, the trolls, and the Condesce are trying to complete the session to create a new universe. Spades Slick has unknown intentions and Bec Noir and PM also have unclear motives. Jack English is possessed by Lord English so his motives can’t be benevolent.
How are all the kids together? Aren't they in different sessions??
They all recently arrived in the Alpha kids’ session. The meteor gang traveled through the Furthest Ring which is the area in-between sessions. John and Jade travelled through the fourth wall into a different dimension and into a different fourth wall and now they’re all in the Alpha kids’ session.
An exile is a carapacian who has been exiled from their place in the Medium to the post apocalyptic home planet of the player they command. They type in commands in the stations to their player and the player hears these commands as a voice in their head.

Sburb is an immersive simulation that transports you into the Medium. The player’s goals are to build up their houses to each of the seven gates to reach Skaia and complete their own Denizen quests to win the grist hoards. The Space player specifically will breed frogs until they produce the Genesis Frog. On the Battlefield, which is the planet at the center of Skaia, a war is waging between the Prospitians and the Dersites. The Dersites are fated to win and the Black King will initiate the Reckoning causing all the meteors in the Veil to accelerate at Skaia. Skaia defends itself with portals, redirecting some of the meteors to Earth. The players have 24 hours to kill the Black King before the Battlefield is completely destroyed by meteors. After they defeat him they place the Genesis Frog at the center of the Battlefield and he’ll grow, eventually releasing the Vast Croak. A door underneath Skaia will appear in the shape of the logo which leads to the new universe.
Not really a forgotten fact since it happened like last week, but why were Vriska and Terezi arguing over who to use Kernels on to revive when Jane can just bring Nepeta Feferi and Eridan back to life?
Their corpses were mangled and their heads were cut off by Gamzee so Jane probably can’t resurrect them successfully.

Of course, he actually didn’t intend to introduce Aranea and Meenah either but since they were important to the plot their characters got fleshed out a little more.

Lord Jack is from the Alpha kids’ session and he was taken over when he looked into Lil Cal’s eyes and was possessed by Caliborn. After this he gauged out his eyes and cut off his leg, replacing them with Lil Cal’s eyes and a golden spike respectively.
Seeing as the Condesce plans to win the game/ claim the reward for herself. Could a citizen of Derse or Prospit do the same? (Spades Slick when he saw Skaia)
The Condesce wants the kids to complete the game so that she can resurrect the troll race in the new universe and rule over them. She herself cannot win the game because that would involve speaking to Echidna to claim the Genesis Frog and Echidna wouldn’t give the frog over to a murdering sociopath. Only the players can complete the session.
Aranea said that Jake was important to her plan so his powers must be important, right? But in the updates he has been treated like he's garbage. is it because mentally he isnt stable or is Vriska and some of the others just being mean?
Vriska is being a jerk to him because that’s just how she is and she doesn’t realize how powerful his godtier abilities are.

Calliope mentions active and passive classes here and here. Active classes exploit their aspect to benefit themselves and passive classes allow their aspect to benefit others. Some active classes include Thieves, Princes, and Lords. Some passive classes include Bards, Rogues, and Muses.

Meenah and Aranea have confirmed their ascension. Mituna said he could not remember and Damara would not answer the question. The other alpha trolls said no.
So Bec Noir is essentially a cancer on two universes, right? I can't remember if the kids' and trolls' sessions count as different universes.
Noir is the ‘cancer’ that Karkat says he gave to the human’s universe. The sessions take place in the Medium which is separate from their universes. So yes, the kid’s and troll’s have different universes but only the human’s universe is cancerous.
So ya know how Vriska said Echidna is like the mother of all Denizens? In greek mythology, Echidna was the mother of all monsters. Hussie is at his usual shenanigans. I just think its funny to mention
So Sburb/Sgrub is just sort of a thing that just exists within the mythos of Homestuck right? Like it just will always exist and will make new universes. It's not just that one dude made a game or something that does this stuff or anything?
Right, a version of Sburb is destined to arise in every universe. The code to create the game is carved in the Frog Temple so whoever has access to the temple will make the game. As such playing the game allows it to paradoxically create itself by sending the frog temple to the players’ planet during the reckoning.
When a sprite dies, do they end up in dreambubbles if they are available?
If the sprite was prototyped with a Sburb/Sgrub player then the player’s ghost will be in the bubbles, but not the sprite itself. This is seen with Tavris and Fefeta
On the post about Jade being awake early, you also had a list of others who had awoken early. On this list was Dave, and I don't remember ever seeing him awake before sburb began. Where was this?
After the game is beaten what will happen to all the sprites that are alive?
The details of the endgame situation in the game haven’t been discussed in-comic but my guess that the sprites may not be able to leave the Medium and enter the new universe with the players since they’re game constructs. I don’t want to say for sure though.
