In A6A6I5, (around there), John jumps through time strands to prevent some incidents and help out their future selves by Terezi's instructions… I'm wondering how then, if Gamzee was captured by Terezi before he went on his murderous rampage, how come in the future, all of the trolls who died because of him that night are still dead in the new timeline?
Wait, so if its still speculation how can you count it as canon? Also, why wouldn't Jasprose be referring to Terezi? From what we've seen Karkat hasn't been obsessive and controlling over Dave, so how can that be referring to him?
“Desired” is not filled. Jasprose was talking about two separate people. Referring to Terezi when speaking of Karkat’s old desired matespriteship and to someone else when discussing this fulfillment of the quadrant.

I don’t see why not. There’s no longer a human society to consider incest a taboo so there wouldn’t be anything inherently wrong with a potential relationship between the squared siblings unless they considered it to be wrong.
Plus trolls don’t have a concept of incest and Davepeta is part troll. Although knowing Hussie, and Homestuck’s audience I’m pretty sure nothing will happen between the two characters romantically speaking in canon

I didn't see when she said "he is currently involved with someone in that quadrant", I thought she was talking about when he was pursuing Terezi on Jasprose's version of the meteor. Sorry! Is there a way to read Homestuck without the flashy-ness? The flashing images give me serious headaches, and I'm curious if there's an epileptic-friendly version. I'm probably gonna be severely disappointed if there isn't tbh... I tried to read Homestuck before, but after a while, the incessant use of flashing has made it impossible for me to read it.

Alright I gotta settle this bullshit once and for fucking all because I've been getting hate over it. I'm not angry at Homestuck or Hussie in and of itself. I realize there's a rhyme and/or reason to the shit going on right now in-comic. Thing is the way everything is getting so goddamned convoluted is turning into pretty much happened to cause the show Heroes to get cancelled. And yeah I was pissed when I sent the original fucking message. But I just do not like how the comic has been going (1)
(2) lately, but it’s still a comic I’m invested in. I was mad when [S] Game Over happened too, but that was more for the fact of excessive overkill even for Hussie than it was for plot reasons. And aside of my argument, as an anon pointed out: yes, I feel as if you calling me a pissbaby was rude. I did not appreciate it, since there was no reason for it other than the fact that I was sending in an opinion, which a lot of people have done to this blog without being called names. It fucking hurt.
Okay, 1) to all my followers out there don’t fuckin send people hate, especially over something as stupid as a webcomic, gosh, I don’t condone that shit.
2) Luckily, Homestuck is a webcomic and not a television show so it can’t be cancelled, no matter how stupid or outlandish it becomes.
3) The reason everyone died in GAME OVER was to give John a reason to retcon everything. If only one or two people died, that’s not really a good enough reason to alter the Alpha timeline, especially with John’s view on death. Everyone needed to die or else John wouldn’t have done it
4) You are free to think Homestuck is weird or not-plot oriented now, but in my opinion the Trickster arc was much weirder and even less plot-oriented because now we’re at least getting character development.
Gotta say, I love the new, sassier brand of question answering that mod T brings to the party.
I can’t really say this is new. Once every few month or so there’s just one day where I go all out. Usually it ends in everyone having a fun time, this one got a little more sour than usual though.

Do your friends read homestuck? If yes, I can assure you they are saying no in a joking fashion and you should read homestuck. If no, don’t listen to them, they haven’t read homestuck, they don’t know what the jazz is all about, you should read homestuck.
this might seem like a dumb question, but sometimes people photoshop/edit panels and they look real. before i read hs i saw the panel of dave in the pot of soup and it said he was sitting in it because "ive lost control of my life" but when i actually read the comic i found out it was fake. so now my question. is the panel of baby dave and bro playing some turntables real or not? he was also wearing a shirt with a heart on it and shades like his bros. is that panel read or fake?

Where does it say that the sprites inherit all the memories of the doomed and alpha timeline versions of themselves memories, which allows Jasperose to know about davekat?
The Grand Highblood killed Dualscar. The GHB is of a very long lived blood caste so he may have lived up until the Vast Glub and then died but his death isn’t mentioned in canon.
So if Damara initiated the scratch, then why did Meenah blow everyone up and kill them?
The Scratch would erase them forever but the Horrorterrors told her if she killed herself and her team before the Scratch finished they would be able to continue existing as ghosts.

My guess about the alpha trolls and dream bubbles is that it's as with everything else in the game, once the dream bubbles were created, they always existed (sorry for weird wording, not my main language)

In response to /post/124538116014/in-a6a6i5-around-there-john-jumps-through-time, The only person who was prevented from being killed was Vriska due to Terezi having captured Gamzee, which lead to her not going and killing Vriska, which is why she is still alive in the retcon. I saw a lot of confusion about this when those upd8s were released.
