Probably because he lacked self-confidence and was unsure of himself , both traits often associated with shyness. But he has never had any problem talking to people and really only seemed “shy” when he was talking with Vriska.
do you know if it has ever been mentioned/shown that kanaya still has her stomach wound since she changed dresses, or is it completely up to headcanons/interpretation? thank you in advance!
It hasn’t been mentioned so it’s free to interpretation as of now.
(I'm sorry for repeating this question again but I feel like it's deleted I guess?) What are rainbow drinkers exactly? Again, sorry for bothering. Thanks.
Did the retcon stuff mean that Terezi never let Aranea heal her vision? I don't think they've explicitly mentioned if /this/ Terezi is still blind or not but I assume she is, given it was something pre-retcon Terezi regretted and would have wanted John to fix via scarf shenanigans
why did rose (dave?) want to destoy the green sun? also why did john's crew have to initiate a scratch? and how does the rumor replace the green sun? or something like thag?
The Green Sun was the source of Bec Noir’s power and they wanted to destroy it so he wouldn’t be so powerful. John’s team had to initiate the Scratch because their session was messed up by Jack Noir and their Battlefield had a Tumor in it. The Tumor didn’t replace the Green Sun, it exploded to create the Green Sun. Rose and Dave traveled to the location where the sun was supposed to be but it wasn’t there yet because they had not created it yet.
Jade lit the forge which is her volcano and it melted all the ice.
A quick correction on this too, Jade didn’t lite the forge, she stroked it. Stroking the Forge makes it an active volcano, lightng it causes it to erupt.

Regarding that last ask reblog, I think you meant to say Jade 'stoked' the forge, in the same way you'd rake over coals in a fireplace to get the fire ready to light - rather than 'stroked'.
Wow, well I’ve been reading that wrong for the past three years, but yeah, you’re right.
was the curse put upon karkat and 'everyone he'd ever meet' by running the Mobius Double Reacharound Virus ever lifted or invalidated?? im re reading the comic and all I remembered about that part was his computer exploding-- I completely forgot about the curse.
The Mobius Double Reacharound Virus was mostly used as foreshadowing.
So if you die on your sacrificial bed with both lives left, you end up with 1 ghost (dead from sacrifice), 1 God tier (main body), and 1 alive dream self?
No, your second self would also die. You would have 1 God Tier and 1 ghost from the other self that died.
L is for loving your teammate
A is for the affection we show each other
R is for real buddies
And P is for the people that get murdered, within this deadly game
I just need a second opinion on this, do you think that a void session requirement is no time/space players or does this just happen to be the case with the Alpha Kid's session. In short- do you believe that a void session could still be void with both a space and time player as long as no prototyping takes place?
A Void session is when the players don’t prototype their kernel sprites pre-entry regardless of the players’ aspects. Even if you do have Time and Space players your session won’t succeed if it’s Void because the Battlefield won’t be able to grow and change without those prototypings.
Hey (maybe this was deleted, idk ), how come some of the ghosts waking up in terezi: r3m3mb3r were from the GO! timeline that John retcon'd. I thought retcon means it didn't happen, or does John just make a new reality and not affect the old one?
John created a new timeline and the pre-retcon characters were not affected.
Why was Aradia's quest bed on prospite? Also how'd her body get there?
Aradia’s Sacrificial Slab was at the center of Derse because she’s a Derse dreamer and her body was there because she was dead before the game started. Her Quest Bed is on her planet.
(In reference to your answer to the Aradia Prospit question)Why are dream selves on sacrificial slabs if a player is dead before entering the medium? Is it mentioned in the comic or has Hussie just said so elsewhere?
In the FAQ, at the graph with the kids' biological parents and such, it says that John is Jake's biological father and Jade is Jane's biological mother and I'm wondering if that's true or if they need to be switched(i.e. John being Jane's dad and Jade being Jake's mom)?
The line that extends from Jake to John and Jade indicates that he is their biological father. Same with Jane. She’s their biological mother.
I know sylladexes are largely irrelevant now. But did we ever find out what the enormous thing taking up all the space in Jake's sylladex was? If not, do you think it's likely to be relevant, or just a red herring?
i guess i didn't pay attention or i missed something somewhere, but when was it stated that the beta kids are gonna be sucked into the house juju?? or is that just a theory i'm so confused ahh
