Why did the Summoner kill Mindfang? I thought THEY were on the same side

The details of Mindfang’s death were never revealed in-comic so all we know is that he killed her. In the fan animation After Us by toastyhat Mindfang controls the Summoner to kill her to put her out of her misery when she was injured and dying. That’s one way to explain her death. We just don’t have enough information in-canon. 

If the body calliope and caliborn shared was killed, what would happen?

If they’re dream selves were still alive then they most likely would retreat into those bodies. 

Do trolls skin turn black when they become adults, or is that just how Hussie drew them? (Also, do you mind listing all possible blood colors for trolls? You don't have to if you don't want to, but it'd be like a refresher for those who don't remember.)

The black forms for the adult trolls is just a stylistic approach, just like the human guardians don’t have all of their face’s depicted. Also, all the troll blood colors have been revealed in-canon. 

Why are some big unanswered questions from Homestuck?

Here are some unsolved plot strings. We also don’t know the full timeline of the Warhammer of Zillyhoo, who sendificated the last frog, or who put the weapons in the Lotus Flower Time Capsule. Those are just the ones off the top of my head. 

How come Jade didn't use her first guardian powers to warp the Prospitian Battleship and the Meteor into the Alpha Kid's session?

About the plot holes Isn't Gamzee, the same Gamzee that was in the fridge, the same that lands with Caliborn then fuses with him (and many others) to make LE or Am I wrong?

Because Grandpa and Grandma choose their own last names. Poppop kept his and Nanna’s changed when she got married.

Those were not the post-scratch trolls’ specific lususes. Just lusii of the same breed. And they were there because Condy was breeding them to use on humans

Psiionic-Heir of Doom: Taking an Heir as someone who becomes their aspect, he became a beacon of suffering as he was forced to a life of painful servitude. 
Signless-Seer of Blood: He saw glimpses of the Beforan society and attempted to give the same unity to Alternia
Disciple-Mage of Heart: I’m not too sure on this one so taking Mage as someone who guides by setting an example using knowledge pertaining to their aspect and Heart being Soul, she helped guide peoples beliefs for how they view themself and others?
Dolorosa-Maid of Space: Space being Birth and Creation, she took on the role of being the caretaker for a revolutionary
Redglare-Knight of Mind: Knight being one who exploits their aspect and Mind being Decisions and the Consequences of those decision, she was a lawyer, I think that’s pretty straight forward.
Mindfang-Sylph of Light: Honestly, I dunno man. The Light aspect is their since she could look into the all knowing cueball, but I don’t know how she fits Sylph, a healing class.
Darkleer-Page of Void: He has the void shadowing making him undetectable to First Guardians and the like, which Mindfang %ploits following the Serket tradition of being a dick to Pages and also the Page definition of providing others with their aspect.
Grand Highblood-Prince of Rage: He gets angry and kills people i.e. destruction via rage.
Dualscar-Bard of Hope: Dude, I have no idea. He didn’t really allow destruction of Hope or invite destruction through Hope so your guess is as good as mine
Condesce-Thief of Life: Obviously she’s killed a lot of people. Also she’s very old

Well Karkat’s session (the only normal one we’ve observed) last about a month and it shouldn’t change based on player count.

dude pre-retcon gamzee is the one that helped caliborn, thing is that gamzee went back to the kids session with aradia music boxes. the proof is that gamze cod tier had wings when he find out caliborn, then lost it beacuse he fired him with a shut gun and then went back in time wingless. post-retcon gamzee is a random motherfucker and whe dont know where the blackhole sends you. and the one who fuse with le is pre-retcon gamzee too, he went back to caliborn sliced in half after game over

Okay. 1: Gamzee’s wings are fake. They come off, his lack of wings means nothing. 2: Gamzee did not travel back to Caliborn cut in half. We can see at the beginning of Caliborn’s masterpiece that he is whole and gets cut in half again (presumably by dirk, but who knows).
