What do we know about the very powerful juju?

Yaldabaoth gave it to Caliborn when he finished his session.  It can be used as a weapon twice, once by Caliborn and once against him.  Caliborn used it and hid it in the furthest ring in hopes that no one would use it against him.  It allows the user to move freely through time and space without risk of creating a doomed timeline.
