Can a session that was created by a scratch, like the alpha kids' or Karkat's session, initiate a scratch?

I’m going to say no because a Scratch at it’s basic level just switches the ectobabies.  Once makes a difference, doing it a second time will just get the first results again and put the universe in an endless loop so I don’t Skaia would allow a second scratch.
