Do you feel that the universal constant of "Dad" will ever be explained, and do you have any theories on him?

My guesses aside from nanna/poppop getting laid would be either he’s adopted or nanna/poppop made him ectobiologically.
But y'know if Grandpa Harley could have another kid I don’t see why Nanna couldn’t too.
