I'm curious about Psionics. Are they strictly unique for the captors or are there other trolls with them? If so, do they come in different colors?

The psionic abilities are common in yellow-blooded castes as mentioned on this page. The Condese has developed these psionic abilities over time. Considering she also shoots out blue and red beams there probably aren’t any color variation.
