so i was going back and re reading homestuck and i thought i saw horrus say that he couldn't understand darma's lowblood accent. do lowbloods have a different accent then highbloods?

Yes Damara has an East Beforan accent (which is really just very poor Japanese). Eridan is also mentioned having an accent on his introduction page here.
