How does one get sent to a dream bubble after death? Like do you have to be a player of sburb/sgrub to go to a dream bubble after death since the ancestors weren't

Yes the dream bubbles are only for the ghosts of dead sburb/sgrub players. Meenah just sort of appeared in a bubble after she died.
