A lot earlier in the comic we saw Equis has power over Vriskas metal arm, and since she's going to fight LE who has a part of Equis in him, do you think that will have a factor in the fight?

No because Vriska no longer has a metal arm, she got a real arm back upon ascending to God Tier via her Quest Cocoon
