If Feferi is responsible for the dream bubbles, how are the A1 trolls "alive" in them, if they came before that? Was it like a retroactive, weird time shit thing?

Time works differently in the furthest ring so while the bubbles were created after the A1 trolls they existed before them.  It’s complex timey-wimey stuff that can’t really be explained.
