Didn't the Signless's and Disciple's love transcend all quadrants? If so didn't that mean he broke his vow to celibacy just for the Disciple?

We don’t know if the Signless had a celibacy vow.  We know Kankri does, and while they are technically the same person, they are not actually the same person.
