Would it be possible to win the game with a Bard of Rage, Maid of Breath, Mage of Breath, Rogue of Blood, Sylph of Space, Thief of Time, and Heir of Space? (Sorry for the bother.)

Yes. Literally all you need playerwise to for the game to be win-worthy is a time and space player
