How do people know that Mituna has scars ? And what were the clues to his accident in the first place ?

We’ve never seen his face so the scars are a headcanon. He over exerted himself in some great act of heroism to save everyone but the incident itself was never revealed. The exertion exhausted his psionics and left him incoherent. Apparently Kurloz was the only witness to this incident.
