Didn't the Dolorosa and Orphaner Dualscar have some sort of relationship?

also, Dualscar killed the Dolorosa. that’s kind of significant.

Dolorosa was sold to seadwellers. 

Mindfang stole a slave from Dualscar (supposedly the Dolorosa) which she forced to be her lover. 

And Dualscar eventually killed the slave (still supposedly Dolorosa)

So technically, supposedly, Dolorosa was both Dualscar and Mindfang’s slave, at different points in time. If that slave really was Dolorosa. Again, just speculation.
