Is it possible that terezi was named after the blind seer Tiresias from the Greek tragedy Oedipus Rex?

On her wiki page :  “Terezi is the Albanian word (coming from Persian ترازو) for Libra (or Balance), but may also be a reference to Tiresias, a blind prophet from Sophocles’ Oedipus cycle, and Homer's Odyssey.”
