How exactly did the kids win sburb? Just by beating union Jack and the Condesence?

Arquius already set up the grist hoards to be deposited into Skaia and the rings were tossed into the Forge to send the Genesis Frog to Skaia so he can grow into the new universe. The door on the Sburb logo hasn’t appeared yet so I’m not sure if the frog is done growing.
