Wouldn't vriska's and aranea's psychic abilities be a mutation because the higher you go on the hemospectrum the less psychic you are?

That’s not entirely tru, chucklevoodo is a not-so-rare purple blood ability and it’s a psychic one.  Psychic abilities are just more common among lowbloods
