What was that bed in the battlefield that Dream John was lying on when he ascended?

It’s a Quest Bed. You can’t die on it to ascend tho. A person’s dreamself is teleported to their Battlefield Quest Bed when they die on their Planet Quest Bed.  This is why the Alpha kids had to die using their Slabs
