if the cherubs hatch in the new universe but far into the future, does that mean it's possible that calliope could be her own mother?

I’ve seen that theory going around and it’s definitely interesting but I’m not sure if a ghost wearing the Ring of Life can age. Also the cherub described as Calliope’s mother has full cheek swirls and Calliope does not.
