If Caliborn is gay (I don't know if it's canon that he is that's just what I always hear) then why did he want the 'porn' of Jane and Roxy?

Caliborn’s definition of “gay” is “being jolly and festive together” so he’s not gay in the gay sense, unless you think he is, cause if you think he’s gay then the dude’s gay, but canonically wise the basis for saying he’s gay comes from that
