Caliborn, Arquiusprite, and half of Gamzee were trapped inside Lil Cal and then Doc Scratch was created via ectobiology from Lil Cal and a white cue ball. Once Doc Scratch died Lord English emerged from his body as an amalgam of those characters. Caliborn is the dominating personality.
