aren't all Sburb/Sgrub players who don't have a dreamself anymore supposed to enter the dream bubbles when asleep/unconscious? do they have normal dreams sometimes?

Yes and they can have normal dreams, but I’m not sure what determines when they wake in the bubbles and when they dream
