In your FAQ you have a broken link to where Jasprose mentions Karkat being in a matespritship with someone on the meteor. They mention Karkat was rude towards his *desired* matesprite, and that it was no way to treat a "lady". And then Jasprose turns the conversation onto Nepeta. They were referring to Karkat's unrequited feelings towards Terezi.

But I was refering the point a few lines later in the convo when Jasprose says 

 Besides, [Karkat] is involved with someone else now in that quadrant. He has moved on. And so have you!
