Nanna’s is 4/13 as is Bec’s. Grandpa Harley’s is 4/21.

That’s all we know. Presumably Grandma and Poppop’s birthdays are the same as above but we don’t know for sure. Likewise the various Bros and Moms probably share a birthday with their post/pre-scratch selves but it’s never been mentioned
