Was Jane ever a good friend? Because she seemed to have a lot of outbursts and hurt her friends from it

I’m not really qualified to say what is and isn’t a good friend but Jane seems to be. The Alpha kids in general are kind of a mess, Jane was just overly skeptical in the earlier Act 6 acts and put through a ton of shit throughout the later acts, we never really go to see her at her best.
