It's sort of confusing because 'Alpha' would imply 'first' Making Meenah and John's respective group the 'alpha' groups, IE pre-scratch, but with the Alpha and Beta versions of sburb, stuff gets a bit...messed up.

And that’s why it’s better to just use pre and post-scratch (◡‿◡✿)
