it's entirely possible that aradia's eyelashes are natural, just like eridan's hair streak. maybe it's some sort of mutation, where certain patches of a troll's hair don't have black pigment and are instead filled in with whatever pigments are in their blood?

Eyelashes and hair, maybe. But trolls have naturally black lips so Doc Scratch def put lipstick on that grub.
