At that point Rose learned that their session couldn’t be won and she was angry about it so she did things like blow up her gate just to see what would happen. 

Could you please explain how and also when Jade grabbed Earth, and how it came into Vriska's possession, and finally John's?

Pre-retcon it was Jade who went through a Skaian portal and grabbed Earth before the Red Miles could destroy it and jumped back to the Medium. Post-retcon it was Vriska who did it.

Yes, the pre-entry prototypes are essential for the Battlefield to grow and evolve. If even one person doesn’t prototype pre-entry the session cannot be won.

I know that the medium and the universe frog are both in the inciphisphere, but, is the medium inside the frog or just somewhere in the inciphisphere?

The Incipisphere and the Genesis Frog are separate realms. The Medium exists inside the Incipisphere.

The explosion only destroyed the moon of Derse. The planet itself is still intact. Dad Crocker is still in Derse jail.

The cherubs are in Universe C which is the universe that the alpha kids’ session will create. Lord English can enter other universes and can bring the Felt with him.

Squiddles was an awesome show I used to watch it all the time with my brother. I didn’t really like season 2 though since my favorite squiddle (the green one) didn’t return and reprise his role as the narrator. I tried to torrent it the other day just for nostalgia but I can’t find any good downloads for it.

Rosesprite was only prototyped once and Jaspersprite was her second prototype. 

Just to be sure, Aranea can control minds and read the emotions, right? I mean, she don't read minds, only emotions, right?

She can mind control trolls and read their emotions but for humans she can only sense their emotional state. 

What was the reason for the codes that Aradia was finding through the dream bubbles? The ones that were painted on the walls of their rooms?

All of those codes were combined via ectobiology to make Doc Scratch.
