The death of a god is judged and should it be just or heroic they shall remain lifeless.
Just means it was fair, it would be morally wrong for them to come back to life. Basically, they deserved it or had it coming.
Example: Jane, she was doing bad things and died while doing them. If she were to come back she would continue to be evil and that’s not good, therefore her death was just.
This has probably been addressed before, but what happens if two characters throw their dead dream selves into one sprite and then both ascend to god tier?
I’d image that either the sprite would turn into one of them and the other would keep the same body. Or the sprite would remain intact and both would keep the same body.
But I dunno, that’s a really good question.

Well I’ve read through homestuck more than once and I have a pretty good memory but I also look up stuff if I don’t know it off the top of my head.
A theory: In reference to the "one of the two prototyped dead selves god-tiering", if you relate it to Jade's "Dog Tier", I would think the one who god tiers would take total control of the body, but would still have impulses that the other person would have, perhaps emotion as well (but not as much as before god-tiering). I don't think they could God Tier a second time, since the other personality would be wiped, and they would no longer be a main part of the "sprite".

You are mistaken my friend. Tavros spends the entirety of ministrife looking for the ring but doesn’t find it.

Grandpa Harley stuffed her dreamself and kept it in the attic. Similar to how she stuffed Grandpa after he died and how Alpha Dad stuffed Poppop.

You’re right, but the portals are different colors for different players. John’s were green, Dave’s were red, Rose’s were purple, and so forth.

The space player is supposed to breed a frog to become the genesis frog of the universe they are going to make.
They players level up their weapons and powers then face the Black King.
The Black King will have the powers/attributes of the things the players used in the primary prototyping of their kernelsprite.
Once the Black King is defeated the players win.

They have their own quests and purposes. A time and space player are the bare minimum. A two-player session is incredibly rare and more difficult than the average session.
What would happen if the player threw their own body into their sprite(Not the dreamself, just themselves) as the first prototyping? Would they still be able to continue playing the game and doing everything with their Server Player, or would something else happen because the Client is a sprite?
They would still be able to play. For proof, please see Aradia in Act 5 Act 1.

Dave and Jade are their Space and Time players. Their session was always meant to be an 8-player session.

If a living god tier player prototyped themself (like, if they hadn't prototyped the sprite before the session or something) and were killed as a sprite in a way which was neither heroic nor just what would happen?
Well if they didn’t prototype their sprite before entry then they’re in a void session so anything they do is p. much a doomed timeline. But that’s beside the point, they’d probably just come back to life.
To add to why Time players are necessary, setting up paradoxes is necessary to creating a frog, and a Time player is often needed for this.
Paradoxes aren’t needed to create the genesis frog. The time paradoxes in Karkat’s session had nothing to do with the making of the frog. The Beta Kids’ were very crunched on time since their reckoning was going to start early so they needed the time travel to finish the quest.

The players are created in the game so they’re decided long before the game starts. Classpects on the other hand are up in the air, we don’t really know how those are assigned.

Whoa there friend, no need to be frustrated. Homestuck is a HUGE comic. You can’t possibly expect the average person to remember everything, hell, I don’t even remember everything. I have to look a lot of stuff up half the time.
Bottom line, you should never get upset with someone for not having a good memory, it’s not their fault.

I assume you’re talking about Jade, but yes they can still win. They really only need the Space players’s planet since it’s always Land of ??? and Frogs. She already made the frog anyway. It has just been sitting in a bubble on the bottom of a volcano for three years. I’m sure it’s fine.
a void session isn't the same thing as a doomed timeline. if the alpha timeline included not prototyping before entry, prototyping before entry would lead to a doomed timeline. it's only not a doomed session if you do what you do.

It's important to note how long it's been going on. Some people could have been reading since it started and idk about you but remembering certain details can be hard after it's been years since you initially took it in. It's easy to forget stuff with a comic this big that's been going on so long. It's not safe to assume every fan began reading recently and caught up ASAP. A lot of folks have been at it for years. I can't exactly remember every detail of something I read 4 years ago.

Could I get a refresher on how the kids were born? With the machine thing that made all the babies and time slime. Somewhere along the line I got all Confused and thought John and Jake were clones of each other for some reason
The machine gathered genetic material from Nanna, Grandpa, Mom Lalonde, and Bro Strider.
It made a clone of those four. It also mixed the dna of grandpa and nanna to make John and Jade and mixed the dna of Mom and Bro to make Rose and Dave.
Time Portals then sent all the babies to various points in time. The scratch changed what times the babies were sent to thus in the Alpha kid timeline the Beta kids’ alternate selves became the old people and the Beta guardians’ alternate selves were the kids.

actually, the sword bec noir has isn't a katana, as a katana has a curved blade. it's either a chokuto or a ninjato, but hard to tell since there are no pictures of a real sword. the better guess would be chokuto, since that's the blade depth from what i can see.
All I know is that the sword that Dave killed the crow with is a katana so that’s what’s in Bec Noir’s stomach. If he picked up a different sword along the way then so be it but I don’t recall that taking place. If it did feel free to correct me.
